About

Founder-led platform engineering, without an account layer in between.

I help organisations where cloud structure, access, delivery and operations can no longer be treated as loose choices.

Where I am strongest

I bring platform work back to a baseline that is technically sound, explainable to leadership and usable for teams. Usually that means the coherence between cloud foundation, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, access, secrets, observability and governance.

How I work

01Sharp scope before building
02Hands-on implementation with direct technical feedback
03Decisions captured so the platform stays transferable
04Support or follow-on work only where it makes sense

Good fit for...

  • a senior technical counterpart
  • platform choices that must stay explainable and transferable
  • moving quickly from analysis to a working baseline
  • cloud, access, delivery and operations as one coherent system

Less suitable for...

  • loose extra hands or temporary capacity only
  • scope that cannot be bounded
  • platform work treated as a ticket factory
  • tooling without ownership or governance

Why founder-led adds value

The same person who sharpens the scope also makes the technical choices, helps build them and explains why they fit. Less context disappears between conversation, implementation and handover.

  • No sales handoff between intake and implementation
  • Faster decisions because context stays with one technical counterpart
  • Less noise around access, delivery, observability and ownership choices
